Like most things, I had no idea how I was going to become a fashion designer. I only knew I wanted and needed to be a designer so I trusted and worked for it to happen, no scratch that, I trust and work for it, present tense.

I followed my heart and unleashed my passion to create Idia’Dega. Being named Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar in 2004 initiated everything. Through my graduate studies in fashion design I learned how to really see from a personal creative standpoint for the first time.

Passion for seeking beauty in all its forms has taken Idia’Dega’s creator, Tereneh Mosley, all over America, Canada, Central America, Europe and Africa – these places, their beauty and; travels still to come influence the collection.
